History
In 1989, Rick Salisbury made a bold move. He sold his masonry business, secured a second mortgage on his home, and purchased nine building lots in Spanish Fork, Utah. Drawing on years of hands-on construction experience, Rick personally built each of those homes, putting meticulous care and attention into every detail. This was the moment when his vision of crafting high-quality homes at accessible prices became a reality—marking the birth of Salisbury Homes.
